Description:

We are a large reputable property management firm seeking motivated individuals to develop a growing property management office and manage an existing portfolio in the Ocala area. Looking for individuals to focus on increasing profitability and portfolio of properties while maintaining the quality service standards of the company. Must have a valid Florida Real Estate License.

Other job duties include:

Oversee day to day activity on managed properties
Plan and implement customer (owner, tenant, vendor, Realtors, etc.) retention and development
Problem-solve issues as they arise.
Create and implement approved strategies to increase profitability while maintaining quality service to all customers
Network within the company and community to promote the property management division
Effectively communicate with customers and office staff

This is an independent contractor position but there is a good size portfolio in place to provide a monthly steady income.

Requirements:

Must have experience in property management.

Must have a Florida real estate license.

Compensation:

This is an independent contractor position and based on commission of the property.  However, there is a good sized portfolio to hand over to someone where they will be making steady monthly income.
