Blue Mountain Real Estate and Property Management is seeking a licensed property manager to coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs, acquire new properties, and maintain owner relationships. Applicants must have experience managing single-family homes. Multi family, HOA or commercial management experience a plus. Tasks include scheduling repairs, ensuring they are complete, and communicating with tenants and contractors.

Requirements:

Qualified candidates will have the following qualities:

Current Colorado Real Estate license
2 plus years of property management experience
Attention to detail
Self-starter
Ability to multitask
Ability to complete tasks with little supervision
Going above and beyond your job description
Enjoys helping others
Values being a part of a team
Takes responsibility for their actions
Ability to handle high stress situations
Must have daily use of a car
Credit and background check

Compensation:

Pay is base salary of $38,000 a year plus commissions
