Responsibilities for Property Manager

• Oversee, maintain, and inspect all designated properties
• Coordinate ongoing maintenance and inspections to comply with company policies
• Select tenants through online applications and background checks
• Oversight of turnover maintenance of vacant properties
• Authorize payment of invoices
• Supervise an assistant to assist in day to day operations
• Address tenant complaints, violations, and problems.
• Onboard new properties and owners.
• Prepare and maintain all correspondence with property owners
• Establish and maintain relationships with tenants through your assistant.
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor

Requirements:

Qualifications for Property Manager

• Arizona Real Estate License
• Work experience in property management
• Highly proficient in Computer skills through use of Microsoft Office.
• Other programs used include: PropertyWare, Goldmine, DocuWare, DocuSign and Paperport,
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to comply with operational policies and procedures, codes, and regulations
• Must be able to read, write, and speak fluent English
• Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Strong familiarity and working knowledge of affordable housing laws and anti-discrimination legislation

Compensation:

At PRS Property Management, we specialize in only managing Residential Properties in the East Valley and do not partake in Selling/Buying of properties. We operate on a Salary based income with annual raises and/or bonuses.

A New Manager’s Salary will be the following:

Starting — $43,596 ($21/hr)

After 30 days — $44,640 ($21.50/hr)

After 60 days — $45,672 ($22/hr)

Upon completion of the 60 days after hire, Medical Insurance will become available to opt into.
