Darren Hunter

Darren is a recognized expert internationally and has contributed to numerous industry publications, including the Property Management Journal (AUS), Florida Association of Residential Property Managers’ Magazine (USA) and the Canada Apartment Manager magazine (Canada). A consultant and trainer now for over 13 years, Darren previously worked as the state property manager with one of Australia’s most respected real estate brands – recruiting, training, implementing policies and procedures, and managing 28 property managers in 18 regional offices, spread over an area a third of the size of Australia.

Darren presents seminars around the globe, covering topics like new business and fee justification scripts and dialogue, social media marketing, plus many more hot topic property management nuts and bolts training sessions. Among his many other achievements, Darren has spoken at noteworthy events across Australia, New Zealand and the United States, including the NARPM Florida State Conference (2018), and also the NARPM Virginia State Conference in 2017, plus Door Grow Live most recently in November 2018 in St Louis, Missouri. On a side note, Darren also has the largest Facebook following (over 18,000 fans) of any property management company or identity in Australia and New Zealand, third largest globally.

Darren’s teachings on fee optimization, PM profitability, social media marketing and time management have helped countless property managers to bolster their own success.

Now Darren, alongside Deniz Yusuf, have multiple events. They run across three countries, presenting ‘Inspired Growth Training’ single-day events, to two-day Masterclass conferences, city member training days, social media conference events, plus their annual major event run each year, The Inspired Growth Conference with an awards ceremony. Together, they train well over 200 real estate offices globally through their IGT Inner Circle Membership platform.
