I'm the owner of PMI Brewder Realty just north of Seattle, WA. I manage residential and commercial properties around north King and south Snohomish counties. I've been involved in real estate in some fashion or another since I was a kid in the 70s. My family had investment properties and businesses throughout the Pacific Northwest. After college I worked for developers and contractors managing construction projects until I eventually transitioned into property management. Although, I still consult on construction for clients developing a property.
