Sharon has lived in Colorado Springs for over 20 years. Sharon enjoys hiking and traveling with her friends and family. She grew up in Ohio where she obtained her bachelor’s degree. As a military spouse she later earned her master’s degree while in Germany. She has worked as a consultant both domestically and internationally. She is now happy to be a REALTOR® and property manager. It is her belief that Colorado Springs is an outstanding place to go to college, serve in our armed forces, raise a family, or retire. I have been in the lending, real estate, and property management industry for over 20 years. I received my Real Estate license and purchased my first rental property in 2002. Prior to then, I helped my family manage many of their rental properties. In 2004, I received my Broker’s license and began managing properties for clients.

I specialize in purchasing, selling, and managing investment properties. I prefer to keep my portfolio and business radius small in order to be more attentive to my clients and their tenants. Owner and Founder Scott Blake is a goal oriented, hard working, go-getter. He has 25 years of janitorial experience and property care and has lived in the Missoula area for the past 7 years. He founded Scott’s One Stop in 2014 that serves the Western Montana area. He has received his Associate Degree in Business from the University of Montana and his Property Management License with the state of Montana. Scott’s word is his promise. Married in 2015, Scott and Jennifer enjoy doing life together -- helping and serving the community they call home. In their spare time, they delight in spending time with friends and family and experiencing the outdoors with their dogs, Dash and Kalli.

After 6 years honorable service in the US Air Force and earning his degree in Regional and Urban Planning, I began my journey in the Real Estate/Property management industry in 2013. From 2013-2019 with two other motivated partners helped build one of the largest and most successful management companies in Southern California. In 2019 I received news from my wife that we were expecting our first addition to the family…Living in Dana Point just a few blocks from the ocean wasn’t enough to keep us in California. We moved to Idaho in January 2020 (perfect timing), and I am so blessed and thankful for this State and with my hard-work and dedication to my profession hope to give back to my fellow Americans and community.

I am always looking for ways to reduce owner risk while increasing you investment returns. When I rarely get off-time I enjoy time with my wife and 2 children, fishing, hiking and serving at my local church.

Yitzchok (Isaac) Blasenstein started his career in real estate in 2012 in Buffalo NY, acquiring, rehabbing and renting properties with his Uncle and cousins. In the summer of 2012 Yitzchok moved to Baltimore and bought his first investment property in Baltimore city. In the first years of his career, Yitzchok took an active role in all the aspects of the rental property investment business. By being personally involved in property acquisition, rehab project management, tenant placement and self managing his rentals, Yitzchok learnt the rental business first hand.

Over the years Yitzchok has flipped houses, wholesaled properties, built up his own rental portfolio and managed rental portfolios in Baltimore city for out of state investors. He has taken on two full time maintenance technicians, two GC’s who run their own crews and oversee rehab projects as well as a property manager and accountant.

In 2018 Yitzchok was hired by the Kohn Family Trust to be their Asset Manager for one of their properties in Temple Hills Maryland. All together the family trust has 1,200 units in Temple Hills, with Yitzchok being responsible for South Pointe, a 390 unit garden style apartment community. In Yitzchok’s capacity as asset manager he has been able to learn all the ins and outs of a large multi family asset, and integrated those lessons and systems into his own personal portfolio and the portfolio’s that he manages in Baltimore
city.

In the summer of 2018, Yitzchok’s brother, Yehuda (Jay), joined him in Baltimore and together they started Astoria Charm LLC, a property management company specializing in residential SFH and Multi-family class B and C properties.
