Mr. Michael A. McCreary, MPM, RMP, CPM, GRI, owns and operates McCreary Realty Management, Inc., an ACCREDITED MANAGEMENT ORGANIZATION® (AMO®) firm as designated by IREM. McCreary Realty Management, Inc., AMO, is a family owned and operated real estate management firm offering professional property management of single-family homes & single-family home homeowner’s associations in Marietta, Georgia, a suburb in Northwest Atlanta.

Mr. McCreary has been licensed since 1978. Throughout Mr. McCreary’s over 40 year career, he has managed thousands of properties for thousands of owners.

Mr. McCreary earned the coveted CPM®, (CERTIFIED PROPERTY MANAGER®) designation in 1987 from IREM. He is Past President of the IREM Georgia Chapter and was awarded CPM of the Year in 1992. He has been a National Instructor for IREM since 1990.

Mr. McCreary is an active member of the Atlanta Chapter of the National Association of Property Mangers (NARPM) since 1998 and has been awarded both the Residential Management Professional® (RMP) designation and the Master Property Manager® (MPM) designation. Mr. McCreary was recognized as one of the VOLUNTEER OF THE YEAR – 2015 recipients nationally. Mr. McCreary is has also Chaired the Education Sub-Committee & Instructor Sub-Committee of NARPM from 2013-2017. He presently serves on Professional Development Committee since 2013 and has been a National Instructor since 2014.

Mike has a degree in Real Estate from the University of Georgia, is a licensed broker, has the GRI designation from NAR, along with the RMP and MPM designations from NARPM.
Mike teaches property management and real estate investing for NARPM, the Georgia Association of Realtors, and other real estate organizations across the country. The Georgia Real Estate Commission selected Mike to serve on their Education Advisory Committee to represent the property management industry.

Outside of real estate Mike has been married for 37 years and has 3 grown sons.

I currently serve as the Director of Institutional Relations at PURE Property Management. Our team manages SFR, Build-to-Rent and SFR homes across the US. PURE Property Management is headquartered in Los Gatos, CA. I got my start in Property Management and Real Estate Investing in 2000 in Birmingham, AL and was previously the Principal Broker at AHI Properties with 4 offices in AL and 1 in OK. I first joined NARPM in 2011 just prior to the National Convention in Dallas, TX and obtained my RMP designation in 2014 and my MPM designation in 2017. I have served the Atlanta Chapter as Treasurer, President Elect, President and Past President. I have also served as the NARPM Member Services Chair in 2018 and 2019 and served as the 2020 and 2021 Southeast Region Vice President for NARPM National.

PURE Property Management currently manages over 25,000 single family homes, condos and town homes and over 21,000 HOA doors spanning 23 states.

I am originally from Salem, WV and served 9 years in both the US Navy as an Aviation Structural Mechanic and the US Army as an Airborne Combat Medic.
